Steps to Generate an App Password:
- Sign in to your Google Account:

- Sign in with your Google Workspace credentials.
- Go to Security Settings:
- In the left-hand menu, select "Security."
- Scroll Down to App Passwords:
- Scroll down to the "App Passwords" section.
- Click "Select app."
- Choose the App:
- Choose "Other (Custom Name)" from the list of apps.
- Enter a descriptive name for the app password, such as "Outlook." This will help you remember which app the password is for.
- Generate the Password:
