Viewing website error logs in Plesk 12

Prerequisites

  • Control Panel login details
This article describes where to locate your website hosting error log in Plesk 12. The error log will assist in resolving issues such as blank pages when diagnosing issues with your website.

Step : 1

Log into Plesk

Step : 2

Click on Website & Domains tab > then "Show More" :



Step : 3

Next click on "Logs" :



Step : 4

When the page is refreshed click on "error_log" :



Step : 5

A pop window will open the error_log file in the browser.
